Developed with the help of experienced material testing experts, the robust SONOSCREEN ST10 ultrasonic flaw detector unites high spec performance with user-orientation. A clearly-structured menu quickly guides the tester step by step through the test set-up. This helps to increase testing reliability and to save valuable testing time. A useful database also helps to shorten the preparation time: the database already contains all SONOSCAN probes. Other probes are easy to add. The provided probe settings overview enables quick verification of the entered data. Selected calibration blocks are also stored to enable rapid distance calibration. Device setup, probe and material databases can be stored on a USB flash drive and transferred to other SONOSCREEN units.

SONOWALL 70 allows two modes of operation. In addition to the numerous possible uses as a wall thickness gage, it can also be expanded to a flaw detector by means of a software update. Thus, the ultrasonic measuring device is also suitable for checking weld seams and detects invisible cracks, inclusions, discontinuities, blowholes and other discontinuities in metals, plastics, ceramics and composite materials.

The light and compact ultrasonic wall thickness gage SONOWALL 50 enables the precise measurement of the wall thickness of components made of metal, glass, ceramics and plastics. The wall thickness gage enables the quick and simple detection of the first signs of wear and corrosion, for example, on ships, storage tanks, pipelines and cranes etc. The integrated data logger makes this user-friendly device a powerful and efficient all-rounder for practical use in numerous applications. The SONOSCAN probe SW 5-22 for the SONOWALL 50 has been specifically designed for the measurement of wall thicknesses of pipes with small diameters.
SONOAIR - Air-Coupled Ultrasonic Testing
Compared to conventional contact nondestructive testing methods the advantage of air-coupling is a 100% contact-free inspection without any coupling. Sensitive materials do not get exposed to couplant liquids such as water, gel or oil. In addition, complicated cleaning processes become obsolete. SONOTEC devoloped the world's first phased-array ultrasonic inspection system SONOAIR.
