Your username is the primary email address associated with your MyASNT account.
If you forget your password, from the MyASNT login page, select “Forgot your password?” below the log in button. Here you can have a link sent to your email to reset your password.

To update your name contact customer support at customersupport@asnt.org or by calling 614-274-6003. Be prepared to send a photo of your legal documentation (driver’s license, passport, name change certificate, etc.).
To update your personal information, log in to MyASNT. From the left-hand side, select “Edit My Profile”. Here you can update your phone, email, mailing address, and billing address.
To make a payment or access an invoice on MyASNT:
Log in to MyASNT
Once you're in your MyASNT account, you will see your Personal Profile. On the left sidebar, locate the "My Orders" option.
If you have an open invoice, select the open invoice you want to pay.
After selecting the open invoice, you'll be directed to proceed with your payment. You can enter your credit card information from there to complete the payment process.
To find a receipt for a previously placed order:
Log into MyASNT.
Once you're in your MyASNT account, you will see your Personal Profile. On the left sidebar, locate the "My Orders" option.
Select the order you want to view.
