Emilie Peloquin has been in the welding/NDT industry since 2009. She holds an associate degree in Applied Science and is trained in accordance with SNT TC 1a on VT, PT, MT, RT, ET, and UT. Since her beginning in the NDT industry, she’s been engaged in our industry. Peloquin started by chairing the North Carolina Student Chapter when she was completing her Non-Destructive Examination Technologies’ degree. She later joined the ASNT WIN Council as well as the ASME BPVC Section V efforts as a member on different committees, and vice-chair for FMC Working Group.
As the Director for Global Advanced Product Support for Olympus she’s involved in business and product development, supporting a variety of applications across numerous industries. Supporting and helping has always been at the top of her priorities.
As our industry is constantly evolving, volunteering in this field also means being opened to continuously learn. Emilie is currently hosting an NDT Podcast that discusses a vast array of industry relevant subjects to encourage the conversations and to inspire NDT people to share and continue to keep the world a safer place.
