Travel Information

Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL). Airport Shuttle is available. After you have claimed your luggage please call 314-291-6700 to inform the driver you are waiting. .  The Shuttle will pick up at door 18 in the Main Terminal and door 15 in the East Terminal.

ASNT attendees have complimentary parking at the hotel. The hotel is 17 miles from downtown St. Louis.

Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if contacted by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for ASNT. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book your rooms for ASNT is to use the channels provided on our website. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify ASNT staff immediately.

Room poaching is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit registrants for room reservations. Poachers often represent themselves as being affiliated with ASNT. The poacher might inform registrants that the hotel room block is “sold out,” and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room. Additional deceptive tactics may include distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by ASNT.

Furthermore, room poachers often don’t deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent or the hotels are not conveniently located. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer’s credit card.
