When you register for an online course or webinar, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to join and the option to add the event to your calendar. On the day of your course, you can access your dashboard on the ASNT education catalog, select the course you registered for, and join the webinar from there.

Prices for ASNT courses and events vary depending on the specific course or event, but members do receive discounted prices on ASNT education courses and free access to previous webinars.

Our policy allows for refund requests to be accepted are for eLearning products up to two business days after the purchase of a course, as long as the course has started. However, once a course begins, we are unable to process refunds.

For instructor-led trainings, you can cancel or transfer by sending your written notice to education@asnt.org by the cancellation deadline, which is four weeks prior to the first day of the class. You will receive a credit for your registration fee, minus a $100 fee per class. Transferring to another session also incurs a $100 fee per method. Please note that no cancellations or transfers are allowed 14 calendar days or less prior to the start of the class.

Each course/webinar offering credit comes with an associated credit value for contact hours and certification renewal points for Level III members. You can then submit this certificate to your organization's certifying body for conversion into contact hours.

To record recertification points under MyASNT, locate the "Update Your MyASNT Record with Recert Points" link provided with each course or webinar that awards renewal points. Simply answer a simple "assessment" question asking if you want the points added, and by answering "yes," the points are automatically uploaded to your account.

The availability of attendance credit for watching videos within an event or course varies. However, please note that these videos are for informational purposes only and may not be eligible for attendance or completion credit.

Once you've met the requirements for a certificate, you'll receive an email notification with your certificate attached. You can also access your certificate for a course anytime by going to your ASNT education catalog dashboard, selecting the course, and selecting “Certificate.” Your certificate includes your name, the event title, the date of attendance or completion, and the contact hours for credit. The contact hours you've earned for the course or event will be visible once all the necessary items for the certificate are completed.

Learners have 365 days from the date of purchase to access course content, assessments, and related materials.
