William F. Via, Jr. Bridge NDT Lifetime Service Recognition

Eligibility

Nominees must be members of ASNT who are performers of significant exemplary service to the bridge and highway NDT/NDE industry through voluntary service. Activities performed as a function of an elected office of paid position shall not be considered.

Selection

A recipient of the recognition will be selected based on the nominee’s volunteer activities and services contributed to the advancement of NDT/NDE, specifically in the bridge and/or highway industries. Service attributes may include, but are not limited to: chairing industry-specific conferences, serving on or chairing infrastructure committees, authoring technical papers, giving presentations, and/or activities that foster collaboration in the industry. Nominations may be made by members of the ASNT staff, the Board of Directors, the Awards and Honors Council, Local Sections, or any ASNT member

• A completed online questionnaire
