The ASNT mentoring program has long connected emerging NDT professionals with experienced mentors to foster growth and build meaningful professional relationships. However, in today’s fast-paced world, we recognize that members need more dynamic and flexible support. To better meet these needs, we’re transitioning away from our current model to explore more robust solutions to encourage collaboration for mentors and mentees.
